Awsome food and customer care and use just eat so you can order your food if you work in bellshill industrial estate you cannot beat it for the location price and quality
After waiting hours on the food getting delivered it came cold , when phoned apparently it was hot when left the shop, when I said about soup and hot chocolate being in cups that hold heat she agreed but disagreed on it being cold , no offer on refund or coming to get food her attitude was stinking! Twice I have ordered from here and hand problems never again !

Horrific service out of 7 items order only 2 were right, asked for a refund got told to talk to just eat. As I was talking to just eat the delivery driver turned up demanding all of the food back even though just eat was still talking to the restaurant not even agreed what the refund would be for (ended up being for the wrong items fair engough) but the driver got aggressive because I wouldnt give him the stuff until I knew what I would be getting refunded..... simple customer service on first contact could have changed the whole outcome
