very very poor customer service, no one answers the phone, will not be using them again
offering the worst customer service ever. no one available even to pick up the phone, disgraceful, for a mercedes garage its unacceptable
My work van was in for two weeks for a service and mot the work was to take 7 days as I was on holiday i would not use this company again as i was fobbed of every time I enquired what was being done worst service I have ever had in my life
