Staff were rude and unhelpful. Service was not completed correctly and I had to return the car; Assistant Manager was still rude despite it being Halford's fault that I had to return. There are much better garages in the Bellshill area, where the staff will greet you and understand that customer service is important in 2019. Avoid at all costs!

I booked 1.30pm to get 2 tyres put on my car. They told me it would take 40 minutes. In actual fact, it took them 1.5 hours! I will not go back. Very poor service.
Outstanding service from these lads. Sorted out my tracking twice as inner tie rod loose so went back to my mechanic Got it tightened and back these guys took me there and then and fixed my tracking. So thanks again.
