Put the car in for an mot at 10:30am today. Didn't hear from them all day so I phoned them at 4:15pm. Guy said they were working on the car so will phone me back in 20 minutes. 1hr later I try and phone them back (8 times) and it just goes straight to an answer machine. So I get the kids ready and get a lift to the garage to see whats going on and find out that they have closed. Bearing in mind the website says they close at 6pm and this is 5:40pm. So they didn't phone me all day, they didn't phone me back when they said they would, they leave early and they have locked my car up without my consent!? What kind of company would even do that? So now I need to figure out how im going to get my kids to school tomorrow morning. Superb customer service. Highly NOT recommend!
