Nice staff, rooms basic but comfortable and spotless. Food and breakfast very good.
Having my wedding here this year and I have had no problems so far staff have been great greeting me etc no problem. Thanks to Sally for looking after me so far
Sorry but the Dirty Dancing tribute was a big big let down! Really not worth the money! Just hoping it not the same people to do the Grease tribute will be very disapointed!!
My partner and I stayed here last night to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were all very polite and helpful, and full of good advice surrounding our stay. The breakfast was also really nice, there was a large variety to choose from and the food was all of good quality. However, after taking a bath in our room, my partner had to sit and hold the latch on the bath for around 15 minutes in order to drain all of the water away as the plug was very flimsy. On top of this, we were both left with hardly any sleep after a couple in the room next to us were playing very loud music into the early hours of the morning, and then the couple woke us at 6am by violently shouting at one another, slamming doors and shouting in the corridor.
Absolutely stunning hotel. One member of staff in particular deserves recognition as no matter what the problem she goes out of her way to solve it. Another male member of staff was very rude on the phone so I ended that call and managed to call again and got Jemma who sorted absolutely everything out for us. Food was lovely and room was extra clean. I would definitely stay here again.
