Been at this doctors for many years now, the minute it moved premises it became too much for the staff to handle with the number of patients.They do not care for you when you call to organise appointments,waited on the phone for 30 minutes to be hanged up on and told thats just how it is Move to the one in bothwel thats my advice rather the drive than the rudeness recieved from staff. Disappointed used to be a lovely surgery very welcoming need to evaluate themselves
Told on a telephone appointment to make a physical one then told 2 weeks what a joke. If you need to see a doctor and have to wait 2 theres no point in going
The receptionist are the rudest people I'm ever likely to come across...
Phoned up on the worst snow day ever as I had back and chest pains. Within 30 mins I was phoned back with an appointment to come down as soon as possible. The doctor saw me on time and fully assessed what was wrong. Even during the horrific weather, the staff made it in and worked like clockwork. They didnt complain or use the adverse weather as any sort of excuse. During all the horrible things that are being shown in the media about GPs and the NHS, I think something has to be said about how good things are - as exemplified by the staff at Lincluden Surgery. Well done guys! Even though youre just doing your job youre doing it extremely well. Keep up the great work. Baiju Kothari
Flu clinic was on today I got my flu Jag and Dr Adams was brilliant with me and I couldn't fault them although I had wait for a wee while after my flu Jag just to make sure I was fine all the staff are brillant
