The lady at the reception was pleasant but they wouldn't take me on as a new patient. The surgery looks a bit old.
Becoming more and more frustrated with this surgery. I understand it's extremely busy but patients medication is on repeat because they need it. If there is an issue with a request why not let people know? Don't wait until I chase it after ignoring me and then tell me I need to make an appointment for a BP check. Got 5 tablets left and almost 2 weeks to wait for an appointment. Frustrated phone call coming tomorrow.

Reception staff are welcoming and friendly. Waiting times arent too long. Not enough GPs in the surgery therefor it is very difficult to get an appointment.
Always had a good rapport with doctors in the surgery also receptionist and nurses friendly and always remember there only human too the only dissappointment is the apt for trying to order repeat prescriptions online but that's not surgeries fault
